When a paperCRAY product is shipped with the CRAYContribution option, returns will include a deduction of 20% because once a donation is made to your selected charity, it cannot be reversed.  All orders include FREE shipping. Your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after all your items are available to ship, via regular mail. Special shipping considerations are made for custom and wholesale orders. Your right to privacy is very important to us. We recognize that providing this site with personal information is an act of trust. Our Privacy Policy has been developed
to protect your personal information.  When you visit our website and access public information you remain anonymous. We do not require you to register or provide personal information to us to view this site. Our order processing is provided by DataNet and is secure using their online payment system. Your personal and payment information is securely transmitted in a 128-bit encrypted fashion. Note that we do NOT store any credit card numbers or card verification codes in our system.
